Specific and clear information about the volunteer opportunity will bring greater success to your posting. Be sure to consider what is required of the volunteer (specific skills, time commitment and specific dates, flexibility, etc.) and what your organization can offer as a benefit (volunteer appreciation party, reference for resume, training, certificate, tickets to event, etc.).
