The information you or your employer provides to us is used to help us in membership, for the registration of training and development sessions and to respond to any of your information requests. We do not sell your information for any reason. We do not provide your information to any third parties, except for the following:
- Registration – Volunteer Saskatoon may share your information with our partners that are hosting the training sessions.
- Members – As per the Membership Letter of Agreement, Volunteer Saskatoon agrees to post on the Volunteer Saskatoon website, appropriate organizational information and linkages in agreement with the organization. Where this Letter of Agreement is signed, that information agreed to will be accessible on the Volunteer Saskatoon website and therefore in the public domain.
Volunteer Saskatoon will not provide or share your personal information with third parties unless:
- You authorize us to share the information;
- Sharing the information is necessary to process a membership or registration, for example, to process a credit card; or
- We are required by law.
Volunteer Saskatoon is a service of the United Way of Saskatoon and Area, and is part of our Community Impact work focusing on voluntary resources and support.
